I’ve been really pleased with the A2 Turbo Hosting for my advanced WordPress setup. I especially like the cPanel setup, custom A2 WordPress plugin (though the caching component still needs some work), and how quick and easy it is to submit and track a support request. It was just an off handed chance I decided to give A2 a chance as a website domain manager. I wanted speed and could not afford anything other than hosted management. I started out with the Turbo Boost plan and within the year I took advantage of a special and opted for 3 years of Turbo Max plan special that was less than I was currently paying on a 1 year contract for Turbo Boost. I may even stay with them at $26 a month after the 3rd year or go back to the Turbo Boost. The speed and service is wonderful and it is the Turbo Boost is the greatest deal in town.
I switched about 10 domains over to A2 from Netfirms about a year ago and am extremely pleased that I did. A2’s customer service is way better than the od hosting company.

The A2 migration program from GoDaddy to A2 Hosting took about 18 hours for them to complete. It worked perfectly! It even migrated my WordPress site BBQSheriff.com. A2 Hosting surprised me. I imagined all kinds of trouble. But migrating was no trouble at all. I spent very little time buying the Drive shared hosting package and answering the migration questions.

A2 support was super fast and helpful with my issue. I am not super tech savvy, and had no idea how to fix my problem. Turns out my SSL certificate from a previous server company had expired. They set me up with a new certificate and got me back online quickly. Very pleased with their service.
This company does not care about their clients or their reputation! My website designer had to spend many hours educating the A2 technical people how to do their job. I also had to spend many hours dealing with their people. I spoke to a manager about “making all this right for their client” (which would have been very easy as I am a very reasonable person) and they simply refused and said something like “sorry you and your web designer had to spend so much of your time dealing with issues that our company should have handled on our own”. They could have easily said something like “what can we do to make you happy?” Rule number 1 in customer service is: Do what you can to make each client happy. Instead they did nothing and therefore I am writing this negative review because they chose not to make their client happy. PS: Someone from this company called me after this review asking me to spend more of my valuable time to help them make their service better BUT still never offering to make things better for me! Amazing!
