I really like and trust A2 Hosting. I’ve been using them for at least 5 years now as my managed and non-managed web hosting provider. I came to write this review because I was looking for something I can do to appreciate this company. I have never seen any other company (not just hosting company) that is so customer-friendly. All the time I have been with this company, I have always felt like a king (no exaggeration intended at all). Please, please, please, I know it takes a lot of resources, energy, and even money to serve your customers so well, but don’t ever relent. I am actually looking forward to a day when there will be no other hosting company that people would be talking about other than you.
Having used A2 for our company for over 10 years I find their service superb in every regard – always prompt to reply with great support. Competitively priced, only two problems (quickly sorted) with their web/email service in 10 years so can’t grumble at all – well done guys!
The long pending shortcoming in the database solved finally. Especially The work result and communication quality of Ross has been of the highest order I have seen. I feel he can also work as a great trainer which is one of the highest level skill-set. Overall, A2Hosting service reached the consistently high level as expected. Wishing you success.
A2 support was super fast and helpful with my issue. I am not super tech savvy, and had no idea how to fix my problem. Turns out my SSL certificate from a previous server company had expired. They set me up with a new certificate and got me back online quickly. Very pleased with their service.
This company does not care about their clients or their reputation! My website designer had to spend many hours educating the A2 technical people how to do their job. I also had to spend many hours dealing with their people. I spoke to a manager about “making all this right for their client” (which would have been very easy as I am a very reasonable person) and they simply refused and said something like “sorry you and your web designer had to spend so much of your time dealing with issues that our company should have handled on our own”. They could have easily said something like “what can we do to make you happy?” Rule number 1 in customer service is: Do what you can to make each client happy. Instead they did nothing and therefore I am writing this negative review because they chose not to make their client happy. PS: Someone from this company called me after this review asking me to spend more of my valuable time to help them make their service better BUT still never offering to make things better for me! Amazing!
